New Year’s Resolutions

Happy New Year!

If you’re thinking of trying something new this January, Aikido will reward you with improved:

  • Aerobic fitness;
  • Leg and core strength;
  • Posture;
  • Flexibility;
  • Balance;
  • Coordination; and
  • Self-defense skills (which stand alone or compliment other styles like Judo and Karate/Kempo).

Training begins again for adults on Thursday 7th January 2016 8:00-10:00 pm. New members still get their first three classes with insurance cover for a total of only £5.

Juniors training will commence on Thursday 14th January 2016 7:00-7:45 pm but will only run this term if enough people register interest in advance so please contact us through Facebook or by emailing info@bontaikido.org if your children are interested in attending. The fee is still £3 per class with a free class for anyone paying termly.
