New Year’s Resolutions

Happy New Year!

If you’re thinking of trying something new this January, Aikido will reward you with improved:

  • Aerobic fitness;
  • Leg and core strength;
  • Posture;
  • Flexibility;
  • Balance;
  • Coordination; and
  • Self-defense skills (which stand alone or compliment other styles like Judo and Karate/Kempo).

Training begins again for adults on Thursday 7th January 2016 8:00-10:00 pm. New members still get their first three classes with insurance cover for a total of only £5.

Juniors training will commence on Thursday 14th January 2016 7:00-7:45 pm but will only run this term if enough people register interest in advance so please contact us through Facebook or by emailing if your children are interested in attending. The fee is still £3 per class with a free class for anyone paying termly.
